  • Communications: Information you provide when contacting support or providing feedback.

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: We collect information on how you interact with the Service, such as pages visited, features used, and time spent.
  • Device & Log Data: We collect IP addresses, browser type, operating system, and crash reports to ensure security and improve performance.
  • Cookies: We use cookies to maintain your session and remember your preferences.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • AI Features: To provide AI-powered features (like the Associate or editorial analysis) only when you explicitly trigger them. We do not use your User Content to train our underlying Large Language Models (LLMs) for the general public. Your creative work remains yours.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following circumstances:
